Automotive Requirements Management engineer

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain DXL scripts for data import/export in IBM DOORS
• Create and manage DOORS attributes, validate baselines, ensure correct linking of submodules
• Implement and optimize multi-export solutions from DOORS to Excel
• Perform specialized data extraction from DOORS for reporting and analysis
• Use and adapt VBA macros in Excel for efficient searching and data manipulation
• Prepare and automate status reports using Excel and PowerQuery

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive sector
• At least 2 years hands-on experience with DOORS DXL scripting (including Import/Export automation)
• Strong knowledge in requirements management, especially in component and cross-sectional areas
• Proven experience in variant and version management
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including PowerQuery and VBA scripting
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level or higher)
