Diagnose vehicle issues and perform inspections and diagnostics testing
Identify mechanical, electrical, drivability and performance issues
Perform repairs per manufacturer specs and company standards
Complete maintenance services: brakes, tires, alignments, oil changes, suspension, batteries
Document findings and verify repairs through quality control
Communicate repair recommendations to Service Advisors

🎯 Requirements

Experience with diagnostic testing and vehicle inspections is preferred
Strong attention to detail and safety
Ability to work within standard labor times and maintain productivity
Knowledge of basic shop safety, documentation, and communication practices
Continuous learning and willingness to participate in training
Team player with professional communication
