AV Production Specialist

📋 Description

• Coordinate and operate Figma's internal events, including setup, technical checks, and live event
• Manage and operate PTZ cameras, microphones, and other AV equipment during live and hybrid events
• Provide real-time technical support to presenters, attendees, and stakeholders during events, with
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and our SF Hub Workplace team on event needs during weekly
• Maintain Event SLO's with AV Manager and collaborate on documentation
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise in our All Hands space and conference rooms

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in AV as it relates to live event production
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to stay calm and solution-oriented during live events
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and attention to
• Experience with event technologies like Zoom Webinar/Meeting, PTZ cameras, video switching systems
