🎯 Requirements

• Over 5 years in AV, collaboration tech, IT operations
• Experience with meeting room systems & workplace tech
• Proficiency in Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Logitech Sync
• Strong documentation and knowledge-base skills
• Automation, reporting, scripting, or AI tooling knowledge
• Excellent communication and collaboration
