1+ years AV support experience; high school diploma or equivalent.
Live audio/video production or video conferencing experience; Mac/Windows proficiency.
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams or video conferencing tech; strong communication skills.
Knowledge of AV concepts, wiring, and basic network principles; ability to terminate cabling.
Outdoor/on-site readiness; ability to travel to other SpaceX sites; valid driver's license.
Q-SYS, CTS, Crestron DM, or similar certifications are a plus.
