📋 Description

• Design, deliver, and improve enterprise leadership programs
• Develop skills-based talent strategies using workforce data
• Partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into talent solutions
• Leverage AI-enabled tools for blended, personalized development
• Facilitate leadership and high-potential development experiences
• Use talent insights to drive business impact and capability-building

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 6+ years of experience
• Demonstrated leadership development and talent management expertise
• Experience in regulated industries (financial services, real estate, mortgage, etc.)
• Design/facilitate 6–12 month leadership or professional programs
• Experience with leadership assessment tools (Hogan, Korn Ferry, DISC, CliftonStrengths, PI, MBTI
• Familiarity with Workday or similar platforms; AI-enabled learning tech valuable
