AVP, Treasury/Capital Markets

📋 Description

• Own full lifecycle of Funding Agreement and FABN deals from issuance to maturity.
• Lead Quarterly FABN Program Update: due diligence, legal, filings, signatures.
• Coordinate with Legal, Reporting, auditors, and counsel to keep deliverables on track.
• Act as primary operational coordinator across Treasury Operations, Investment Operations, Finance, and Legal for FA/FABN workstreams.
• Manage deal documentation workflows: distribution notes, ratings letters, regulatory filings, and signatures.
• Maintain deal tracking, payment schedules, interest accruals, and expenses across issuances.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
• 5–8 years of professional experience with operational processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong coordination and communication across internal teams and external counterparties.
• Ability to lead multi-stakeholder processes independently and drive to completion.
• Self-starter with independence in a satellite office setting.
