AW Discovery Payroll — Payroll Lead Functional Consultant / Architect

📋 Description

• Lead payroll discovery workstream in a migration programme
• Assess business requirements and migration tooling
• Update ROM with payroll scope, plans, and costs
• Support SOW for Foundation phase payroll scope
• Maintain workstream plan for tooling, requirements, and impacts
• Identify and manage risks and issues with mitigations

🎯 Requirements

• Expert-level SAP HCM Payroll configuration (S/4 and/or ECC)
• Functional consulting/architectural experience in SAP HCM Payroll
• Experience analyzing payroll requirements and impacts
• Experience supporting payroll migration programmes or similar initiatives
• Assess and recommend migration tooling (prefer Epi-Use and Spinifex)
• Strong scope definition, workstream planning, and cost/resource estimation
