AWS Technical Account Manager

📋 Description

• Manage customer relationships for managed services and AWS cloud projects.
• Coordinate technical teams to align resources with milestones and objectives.
• Oversee cloud projects including migrations, modernization, development, and Well-Architected
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and PM on scope, goals, risks, and quality.
• Lead internal reviews to monitor progress and keep delivery on track.
• Manage multiple projects with schedules, budgets, and communications.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience managing technology projects or customer
• Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud Services and ecosystem.
• Well-established understanding of project management methodologies and delivery practices.
• Proven track record in project/account management with high-quality service.
• Ability to build and manage relationships with technical/non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
