Azure Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable security data ingestion pipelines for SIEM and cloud data
• Parse, normalize, transform, enrich, and validate security telemetry (structured/unstructured)
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, governance, and vendor teams to onboard new
• Ensure data integrity, completeness, timeliness, and quality for monitoring, detection, incident
• Align security data with schemas and governance standards to support downstream analytics and
• Troubleshoot ingestion, parsing, transformation, schema, and data-quality issues across platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, data engineering, log management, security operations, or
• Hands-on experience onboarding, managing, and validating log sources within SIEM, cloud data
• Strong parsing, normalization, transformation, and validation skills (regex, JSON, XML, CSV) for
• Familiarity with security telemetry across network, endpoint, identity, application, cloud, and
• Experience with Azure data services, logging, monitoring, and analytics.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and data-quality mindset; understanding of compliance and
