Azure Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable security data ingestion pipelines for SIEM and cloud data
• Parse, normalize, transform, enrich, and validate structured/unstructured security telemetry.
• Onboard new log sources with stakeholders; validate end-to-end data flows.
• Ensure data integrity, completeness, timeliness, and quality for monitoring, detection, and risk
• Align data with schemas and governance standards to support analytics and automation.
• Troubleshoot ingestion, parsing, and data-quality issues across platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in cybersecurity, data engineering, log management, or related tech.
• Hands-on experience onboarding/managing log sources in SIEM/cloud analytics.
• Strong parsing/normalization/transformation skills (regex, JSON, XML, CSV).
• Familiarity with security telemetry across networks, endpoints, identity, app, cloud, infra.
• Experience with Azure logging/monitoring/analytics services.
• Troubleshooting and analytical skills for pipeline issues; regulatory compliance awareness.
