Azure Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable security data ingestion pipelines for SIEM and cloud data
• Parse, normalize, transform, enrich, and validate structured/unstructured security telemetry using
• Onboard new log sources with owners and vendors; validate end-to-end data flows.
• Ensure data integrity, completeness, timeliness, and quality for monitoring, detection, incident
• Align data with schemas, governance standards, and requirements for downstream analytics and
• Troubleshoot ingestion, parsing, transformation, schema, and data-quality issues across platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in cybersecurity, data engineering, log management, security operations, or related tech.
• Hands-on experience onboarding and validating log sources within SIEM, cloud data platforms, or
• Strong parsing/normalization/transformation skills (regex, JSON, XML, CSV; structured and
• Familiarity with security telemetry across network, endpoint, identity, application, cloud, and
• Experience with Azure logging/monitoring/analytics services; CLI scripting or automation (Python
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and data-quality focus; knowledge of compliance and data
