Azure Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable security data ingestion pipelines for SIEM and cloud data
• Parse, normalize, transform, enrich, and validate structured/unstructured security telemetry using
• Onboard new log sources with application owners, infrastructure/cloud teams, vendors, and security
• Ensure integrity, completeness, timeliness, and quality of security telemetry for monitoring
• Align security data with schemas and governance standards to support downstream analytics and
• Troubleshoot ingestion, parsing, transformation, schema, and data-quality issues across platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, data engineering, log management, security
• Hands-on experience onboarding, managing, and validating log sources within SIEM, cloud data
• Strong understanding of data parsing, normalization, transformation, and validation (regex, JSON
• Familiarity with security telemetry from network, endpoint, identity, application, cloud, and
• Experience with cloud platforms and logging/monitoring/analytics services, especially Azure.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; ability to diagnose pipeline, ingestion, schema, and
