Azure Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable security data ingestion pipelines for SIEM and cloud data
• Parse, normalize, transform, enrich, and validate structured/unstructured security telemetry.
• Onboard new log sources and validate end-to-end data flows with owners and cloud teams.
• Ensure data quality, timeliness, and integrity for monitoring, detection, and incident response.
• Align data with established schemas and governance standards to support analytics.
• Troubleshoot ingestion, parsing, and data-quality issues across platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of cybersecurity, data engineering, log management, or related discipline.
• Hands-on onboarding and validation of log sources within SIEM/cloud analytics.
• Strong parsing/normalization/transformation skills (regex, JSON, XML, CSV).
• Familiarity with security telemetry across networks, endpoints, identities, apps, cloud, and
• Experience with Azure logging/monitoring/analytics services.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for pipeline issues and data quality.
