Azure Virtual Desktop Engineer

📋 Description

• Maintain reliable VDI environments and provide advanced technical support
• Own incidents, monitor health, and collaborate with global teams
• Provide Level 2 support for AVD environments
• Monitor performance, availability, and user experience indicators
• Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and changes
• Automate improvements and participate in on-call rotation

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in infrastructure support, cloud operations, or related roles
• Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) or desktop virtualization tech
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory
• Experience with incident management, monitoring, and production support
• Experience with monitoring solutions and performance analysis
• Fluent English communication; Portuguese is a plus
