• Proven experience as Creative Director or senior leadership in agencies.
• Portfolio showing campaigns across multiple channels at scale.
• Mastery across disciplines (copy, design, production, strategy, post).
• Experience managing large creative teams across accounts/industries.
• Strong business acumen; focus on retention, expansion, new business.
• Executive-level presentation and client/stakeholder communication.
