BA - Healthcare (Process Transformation & Automation)

📋 Description

• Analyze healthcare workflows across claims, prior auth, denials, RCM.
• Partner with clients to gather requirements and define transformation opportunities.
• Create process maps, data-flow diagrams, and docs from process mining insights.
• Analyze process mining/task mining data to find bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
• Quantify ROI and build business cases for transformation initiatives.
• Support automation implementation, testing, UAT, and change management.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in healthcare claims ops, business analysis, or related field.
• Strong understanding of claims lifecycle and RCM.
• Hands-on with claims processes (EDI 837/835, eligibility, prior auth, denials, appeals).
• Experience with process mining/task mining tools (UiPath, Celonis or equivalent).
• Knowledge of RPA concepts; UiPath preferred.
• ROI calculations, business cases, stakeholder management, HIPAA knowledge.
