• Track Kotlin adoption stage across orgs
• Engage with orgs at different Kotlin adoption phases
• Develop high-level Kotlin adoption strategies
• Identify blockers and propose solutions
• Establish feedback loops with development teams

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive Kotlin, Java, and JVM experience
• Proven migration of Java backends to Kotlin
• Spring Boot or similar (Quarkus, Micronaut, Ktor)
• Maven and Gradle build tools
• Customer-facing roles (Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting)
• Strong English; lead workshops and demos
