• Track Kotlin adoption stages across orgs.
• Engage with orgs at different Kotlin adoption phases.
• Propose adoption strategies tailored to each context.

• Maintain feedback loops with development teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive Kotlin, Java and JVM experience.
• Proven migration of Java backend to Kotlin.
• Spring Boot or Quarkus/Micronaut/Ktor experience.
• Maven and Gradle build/tooling knowledge.
• Customer-facing roles: Solutions Engineering/Dev Advocacy.
• Strong English communication (written and spoken).
• Lead workshops, demos, talks, meetups.
• Build relationships with engineering teams.
