📋 Description

• Track Kotlin adoption stage across organizations
• Engage with orgs across Kotlin adoption phases
• Propose high-level Kotlin adoption strategies
• Document blockers and propose solutions
• Manage feedback loops with development teams
• Help engineering teams adopt Kotlin on the backend in production

🎯 Requirements

• Kotlin, Java, and JVM ecosystem hands-on experience
• Experience migrating Java backends to Kotlin
• Experience with Spring Boot or similar frameworks (Quarkus, Micronaut, Ktor)
• Solid build tools knowledge (Maven, Gradle)
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Engineering, Dev Advocacy)
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken
