Backend Developer - AI Trainer (India)

📋 Description

• Design multi-file tasks for bug fixes, features, refactoring, and testing
• Write clear specifications and reference implementations
• Develop and extend unit and integration test suites
• Review peer-generated tasks for correctness and realism
• Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and potential failure modes
• Ensure alignment between specifications, code, and outputs

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English writing proficiency
• 3–7 years of professional software engineering
• Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; knowledge of Java/C#/Go
• Backend or full-stack production experience
• Experience with testing frameworks (pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit)
• Debug multi-file codebases; code reviews and migrations
