📋 Description

• Design multi-file coding tasks across bug fixes, features, refactor
• Write clear natural-language specs and reference implementations
• Develop and extend unit and integration test suites
• Review peer tasks for correctness, clarity, and realism
• Identify edge cases and potential failure modes
• Ensure alignment between specifications, code, and outputs

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency
• 3–7 years software engineering experience
• Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; familiarity with Java/C#/Go
• Backend or full-stack development in production systems
• Experience with testing frameworks (pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit)
• Debugging large multi-file codebases and code reviews/refactoring/migrations
