Backend Engineer - Ruby on Rails

📋 Description

• Be part of a 250+ tech organisation, in a squad focused on a product area, reporting to a Team Lead
• Participate in discovery with Product Manager and Designer to define features.
• Design software architecture, build, test and release features to production.
• Monitor and fix production issues and support customers using built features.
• Collaborate with product, design and software engineers to deliver end-to-end features.
• Contribute to scaling Pennylane for millions of customers over time.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years with Ruby on Rails (Ruby on Rails experience is essential).
• Strong knowledge of Ruby 3, Ruby on Rails 7, AWS, React, TypeScript.
• Experience in an agile environment with good communication skills.
• Fluent in English; French not mandatory.
• Ability to work autonomously within a squad and participate in code reviews.
