📋 Description

• Define backend strategy, roadmap, and architecture aligned to business needs.
• Oversee full lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance.
• Lead core modules: trading, payments, user/assets mgmt, risk, API gateway.
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and deployment automation.
• Ensure security and regulatory compliance, and disaster recovery planning.
• Build and manage a high-performance backend team with clear OKRs.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in backend development; 5+ years in senior backend mgmt; fintech preferred.
• Proficient in Java/Go/Python/Node.js; strong in microservices and distributed systems.
• Excellent architecture design for scalable, high-availability backends.
• Security-focused with crypto/compliance experience.
• Familiar with DevOps: CI/CD, containers; Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Prometheus.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; professional certifications preferred.
