Backend Software Engineer, AI Platform

📋 Description

• Backend engineer role to deliver platform reliably, securely at massive scale
• Architect low latency, real-time microservices that process & detect sensitive data at scale
• Build auth/API services and maintain internal databases and services
• Ensure downstream AI models scale for low latency real-time inferencing
• Operate auto-scaling streaming data services and instrument visibility per customer
• Write and maintain internal/public service documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in Python, Go, Java, or C++ and willingness to learn more
• Experience with scalable systems (thousands of RPS) and reliability
• Production-grade deployment, monitoring, reliability for large-scale systems
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL storage (e.g., MySQL, Cassandra)
• Experience with Agentic AI systems at scale and orchestration of parallel agents
• Ability to decompose problems and lead a team
