• Build backend systems and APIs for Horizons using Node.js.
• Own backend features and services with guidance from senior engineers.
• Optimize API performance, database and system scalability.
• Integrate third-party APIs and data storage solutions.
• Write tested, documented, scalable code that delivers value.
• Collaborate across the stack to ship impactful features.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL/MySQL in production.
• REST APIs design and implementation.
• Message queues: RabbitMQ, BullMQ, GCP PubSub.
• Kubernetes and Docker containerization.
• Observability tools like Grafana or similar.
• SQL and an ORM (Sequelize/TypeORM/Prisma) and Redis.
