Provide technical bakery process support to meet Lesaffre UK & Ireland strategy via bakery
Assist in customer NPD and EPD projects and develop tailor-made products.
Participate in trade fairs and customer events; train internal and external partners on bakery
Stay up to date on market trends, customers, competition and products.

🎯 Requirements

University degree in food technology or baking background.
Extensive baking experience and/or industrial lines experience.
Proven knowledge of the sector, products, raw materials and processes.
Customer-focused with strong commitment, confident and convincing.
Organise, prioritise, be proactive, react and manage issues; able to work in a team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; willing to travel.
