📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service during product demonstrations and training sessions
• Demonstrate baking ingredients and equipment, highlighting features and usage
• Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the Baking Centre Manager and Sales team
• Offer technical support and troubleshoot product questions
• Maintain a well-organized baking center and prepare for demonstrations
• Schedule and manage customer visits and training with the Baking Centre Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Baking Science, Food Technology, or related field
• 3-5 years in baking, product demonstration, or technical support
• Extensive knowledge of baking processes, ingredients, and equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability
• Commitment to continuous learning and innovation in baking solutions
