📋 Description

• Process client transactions accurately and efficiently following policies.
• Provide an excellent experience for clients and act as the face of the Bank.
• Assist clients in achieving financial goals by referring Bank products.
• Refer clients to other Bank specialists when appropriate.
• Work effectively as a team contributor on assignments.
• Sell Bank products through in-person and phone conversations.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Entry-level experience in cashiering, bookkeeping, client service, or sales with goals.
• Basic PC knowledge with Windows apps and calculator use.
• Good math, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication with phone and email etiquette.
• Strong relationship building and customer service.
