Banking Onboarding Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end onboarding and account-opening processes for corporate bank and EMI accounts across
• Manage banking applications within high-risk industries, ensuring requirements are understood
• Gather, review, structure, and submit corporate legal files, UBO ownership docs, and operational
• Build and maintain relationships with bank managers, compliance officers, EMIs, and financial
• Track active applications, follow up on outstanding requirements, and resolve issues to minimize
• Lead KYC, KYB, and AML processes, including complex onboarding, annual reviews, and ad-hoc

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience opening and managing corporate bank or EMI accounts, ideally in
• Strong understanding of complex UBO/corporate ownership structures and required documentation.
• Knowledge of bank underwriting requirements, apostilled docs, and international corporate banking
• Deep understanding of KYC, KYB, AML, including SoW and SoF assessments.
• Legal literacy with corporate docs (M&A docs, COIs, Registers, Incumbency, Powers of Attorney
• Familiarity with international banking and payment infrastructure (SEPA, SWIFT, EMIs, payment
