Banking Onboarding Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end onboarding and account-opening for corporate bank/EMI accounts across jurisdictions.
• Manage banking apps within high-risk industries, ensuring requirements are understood.
• Coordinate KYC, KYB, AML, and onboarding across complex cases.
• Build relationships with banking partners, EMIs, and compliance teams.
• Track applications, follow up on requirements, minimize delays.
• Support annual reviews and ongoing banking relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years opening/managing corporate bank or EMI accounts in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of UBO structures and documentation.
• Knowledge of underwriting, apostilled docs, international banking.
• Deep knowledge of KYC/KYB/AML, SoW/SoF assessments.
• Legal literacy with corporate docs (MOA, Incumbency, Powers of Attorney, Apostilles).
• Familiar with SEPA/SWIFT, EMIs, PSP onboarding, payment routes.
