Banking Onboarding Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end onboarding and account-opening for corporate bank/EMI accounts across multiple
• Manage banking applications in high-risk industries, ensuring requirements are documented and met.
• Submit corporate legal files and ownership docs for underwriting.
• Build relationships with bank managers, compliance officers, EMIs, and partners.
• Track applications, follow up on requirements, resolve delays.
• Lead KYC, KYB, AML processes, including complex cases and reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years opening/managing corporate bank or EMI accounts, in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of UBO ownership structures and documentation.
• Knowledge of bank underwriting, apostilled docs, international banking.
• Deep knowledge of KYC/KYB/AML, SoW/SoF assessments.
• Legal literacy with corporate docs: CoI, Registers of Directors, Incumbency, Powers of Attorney
• Familiarity with SEPA/SWIFT, EMIs, PSP onboarding, or payment gateways is a plus.
