📋 Description

• Definition and development of test scope for Bank Readiness Tests
• Collaborate with Business Architects, Delivery Management, value streams
• Define end-to-end test scenarios across platforms
• Coordinate test activities across international teams
• Plan, execute, and report testing across multi-platform environments
• Ensure coverage of core bank processes and dependencies

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in large transformation programs in Banking/Financial Services
• Strong expertise in test strategy, design, planning, and execution
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end testing across multi-platforms
• Experience with bank domain areas: Core Banking, Payments, Lending, Finance
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
• German and English proficiency
