BAS Design Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee external partner scopes of work, including statements of objectives, construction drawings
• Coordinate with project teams and external partners to maintain scope compliance, quality
• Create and manage BAS/PMS project deliverables including design drawings, sequences of operations
• Support the development and review of engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, coordinating
• Identify potential scope changes and help develop strategies to minimize cost and schedule impacts
• Manage project deliverables when not serving as the lead design engineer and coordinate the work of

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in BAS controls systems engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of open-source building automation protocols, including BACnet, Modbus, and SNMP.
• Knowledge of IoT, smart building solutions, and typical control redundancy strategies used in data
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and tools relevant to mission-critical and
