🎯 Requirements

• Experience in BAS service delivery and field ops
• Strong program mgmt, forecasting, and billing knowledge
• Leadership of 9–20 direct reports (remote/field)
• Knowledge of remote monitoring, ROC, and service workflows
• Ability to drive SOPs and continuous improvement
• Customer experience focus and cross-functional collaboration
