Batch & Furnance Unloader

📋 Description

• Unload and store batch materials from rail carts.
• Inspect unloading equipment and assist with inventories.
• Set up, operate, monitor batch unloading/delivery equipment.
• Assist in daily, monthly, annual inventories of batch materials.
• Clean batch house and surrounding areas daily.
• Perform general housekeeping in batch and furnace areas.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Rotating 8-hour shifts, weekends, holidays, overtime as needed.
• Manufacturing environment exposure to heat, dust, noise, moving equipment.
• Able to climb stairs, walk distances, bend, stoop, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Safe around hot glass operations and production equipment.
• Strong attendance, reliability, teamwork, communication.
