🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships; crypto/fintech helpful.
• Industry expertise: crypto trading mechanics, exchange ecosystems, KOL dynamics.
• Digital fluency: active on X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord.
• Negotiation prowess: strong communication and deal-closing skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: hunter mentality; fast-paced, goal-driven.
• Fluency in Korean is required.
