BD Manager & Team Manager (APAC)

📋 Description

• Develop and execute the recruitment growth strategy across China, Hong Kong and Singapore.
• Identify and win new clients across the region.
• Build strong relationships with CEOs, Founders, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition leaders and other
• Develop strategic relationships with Chinese companies and multinational organizations.
• Identify opportunities to support Chinese companies expanding into other Asian and international
• Negotiate recruitment agreements, fees and commercial terms.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of recruitment agency / executive search experience, APAC preferred.
• Previous experience mentoring recruitment consultants.
• Strong 360° recruitment and business development track record.
• Proven ability to win new clients and generate recruitment revenue.
• Strong knowledge of China and wider APAC recruitment market.
• Experience developing and managing relationships with Chinese clients.
