BD Operations Executive (Crypto/Web3)

📋 Description

• Lead BD initiatives, partner onboarding, launches, and relationship health.
• Liaise between BD and Product, Eng, Compliance, Legal, Finance.
• Monitor partner deliverables and post-launch metrics to meet goals.
• Coordinate integration of market makers, liquidity providers, brokers.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, onboarding checklists, partner docs.
• Optimize BD pipeline, CRM, and deal trackers for data integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years in BD Ops, Strategy Ops, or Commercial Ops.
• Solid crypto knowledge: DeFi, Web3, trading infra (DEX/CEX, liquidity).
• Proven track record managing cross-functional workstreams with high detail.
• Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization for execs.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, or Airtable.
• Mandarin fluency required.
