BD Operations Executive (Crypto/Web3) - Korean Speaking

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end BD initiatives: onboarding, launches, and relationships.
• Liaise between BD and cross-functional teams: Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Finance.
• Monitor partner deliverables and post-launch metrics to meet goals.
• Coordinate integration of market makers, liquidity providers, and brokers.
• Develop SOPs, onboarding checklists, and partner documentation.
• Optimize BD pipeline, CRM, and deal trackers for data integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years in BD Ops, Strategy Ops, or related field.
• Crypto landscape understanding: DeFi, Web3, and trading infra (DEX/CEX, liquidity).
• Proven track record managing cross-functional workstreams with attention to detail.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with ambiguity.
• Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization for exec presentations.
• Fluency in Korean is required.
