🎯 Requirements

3-5+ years in BDR/SDR with at least 1-2 years of people management or leadership experience.
Proven ability to hit pipeline targets and explain the approach you used.
Strong focus on funnels and conversion rates, not just activity counts.
Curiosity about marketing campaigns, positioning, channels, and the full funnel.
AI-forward mindset; experience or interest in using AI to accelerate outreach/ops.
Excellent writing skills; clear, punchy, no-fluff communication.
