🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years XDR/BDR/SDR in a high-growth SaaS startup
  • Experience launching outbound in a new vertical or market
  • Strong cold-calling chops; SMB experience a plus
  • Comfort writing the playbook as you go
  • Able to ramp quickly with limited resources
  • Experience with standard sales tools; eager to adopt new ones
