• Maintain a strong, visible presence to reinforce expectations.
• Support consistent implementation of culture systems.
• Monitor hallways and spaces for a safe environment.
• Reinforce positive behavior aligned to school values.
• Provide targeted behavioral coaching to students.
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, social work, or special education
• 2+ years of being a classroom teacher (required)
• Experience supporting students with behavioral or social-emotional needs
• Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and trauma-informed practices
• Experience implementing MTSS, PBIS, restorative practices, or SEL frameworks
• Ability to design and monitor behavior intervention plans
