๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Manage caseload of individuals for treatment implementation
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs)
  • Provide clinical guidance to Direct Support Professionals and Program Managers
  • Conduct frequent program visits to interact with supported individuals and staff
  • Complete progress reports, documentation and data collection, updating plans as necessary
  • Review data to ensure care meets individual's current needs

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, mental health, special education, social work, or
  • 2+ years of professional experience with individuals with IDD
  • Experience designing and implementing support plans for individuals with developmental
  • Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred

๐ŸŽ Benefits
