📋 Description

  • Manage client crises with evidence-based interventions
  • Perform risk assessment, safety planning, and de-escalation
  • Connect clients to appropriate treatment options

🎯 Requirements

  • Master’s in clinical social work or equivalent; active licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LPCC) or RN
  • 2+ years psychiatric intake/assessment or related experience
  • 2+ years post-licensure experience (EAP/call center preferred)
  • Significant experience handling high-risk situations (suicidality, mandated reporting)
  • Bilingual; Spanish preferred but not required
  • Must be a full-time resident of the United States; cannot work from outside the US
