Behavioral Health Clinician – Crisis Assessment & Care Navigation (Bilingual Spanish Speaking)

📋 Description

• Manage client crises with evidence-based interventions; conduct risk assessment and safety planning.
• De-escalate crises and connect clients to appropriate treatment options.
• Identify barriers to care using Lyra’s software to match clients to services.
• Independently manage a caseload of complex, multi-need clients.

🎯 Requirements

• MSW or equivalent; LCSW or licensure (LMFT, LPC, LPCC) or RN.
• 2+ years psychiatric intake/assessment or related experience.
• EAP/clinical call center experience preferred.
• Must be bilingual, Spanish-speaking.
• Experience with high-risk crises (suicidality, mandated reporting).
• Full-time US resident; cannot work from outside the United States.
