📋 Description

• Provide one-to-one behavioral interventions for children with neurodevelopmental differences.
• Deliver naturalistic, play-based ABA strategies in home and clinic settings.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisors to design treatment plans and track progress.
• Support families with coaching and ongoing communication about goals.
• Participate in training and certification processes to grow in the BT role.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with children preferred; autism experience a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; compassionate, client-focused.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with basic EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
