📋 Description

  • Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other
  • Deliver life-changing care under supervision in Cortica’s strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming
  • Follow Cortica’s crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
  • Collaborate with families, BCBA/BCaT supervisors, and other clinicians to support treatment goals.
  • Maintain client progress notes and session data to track outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience working with children (experience with autism is a plus).
  • Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days (training provided).
  • Strong communication and collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Evidence-based approach to create meaningful progress for families.
  • Ability to travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius as needed.
