📋 Description

  • Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other
  • Collaborate with families, BTs, Supervisors to build supportive environments.
  • Implement evidence-based ABA strategies and lead behavior sessions at client sites within a 30–40
  • Document session data and track progress toward treatment goals.
  • Follow Cortica’s crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
  • Join a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy model to empower each child.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience working with children (autism experience a plus).
  • Willingness to obtain your BCAT credential within 90 days of start date (we provide training).
  • High School diploma or higher (Bachelor's preferred).
  • Must be able to travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius using reliable
  • Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
