📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other
• Deliver strength-based ABA therapy and implement positive behavior strategies.
• Collaborate with BCBA, families, and clinicians to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica’s crisis protocols and maintain compliant documentation.
• Travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius using reliable transportation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism experience is a plus.
• Kickstart training with 2-week in-person orientation; BCAT exam review included.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days; Cortica provides training.
• High School or equivalent required; bachelor’s/master’s degree is a plus.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
